Terms of Service

Autothought lets you build and run AI agents that work with your data and with third-party services you connect. We may change, add, or remove features as the product develops.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly at jayden@pints.co if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to break the law, or to infringe anyone’s rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or the systems it connects to.
• Interfere with or place an unreasonable load on the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or deceptive content.

When you connect a third-party account, you authorise Autothought to access it on your behalf within the permissions you approve. Your use of those services remains governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make.

You keep ownership of the content you put into Autothought. You grant us the permission needed to store and process it in order to operate the service for you.

Autothought uses AI models, and their output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. Agents can also take real actions in the services you connect. Review output and configure agents carefully — you are responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you allow.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend access for maintenance, or to protect the service and its users.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Pints AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service.

We may revise these terms as the product changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and we will tell you about material changes before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
