Autothought

Privacy Policy

Last updated 4 August 2026

This policy explains what Pints AI collects when you use Autothought, why we collect it, and what we do with the data you connect to it.

1. Who we are

Autothought is operated by Pints AI. If you have a question about this policy or about your data, contact us at jayden@pints.co.

2. What we collect

  • Account information — the name, email address, and password credential you sign in with.
  • Data from services you connect — when you connect a third-party account (such as Gmail, Google Calendar, or Airtable), we access only the data covered by the permissions you approve on that provider’s consent screen.
  • Content you provide — documents, files, and text you upload or write into Autothought, including anything stored in your Vault.
  • Usage and diagnostic data — logs of requests, errors, and feature usage, used to operate and debug the service.

3. How we use it

We use your data to provide the features you ask for: running the agents you configure, reading and writing to the services you have connected, and keeping your account secure.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

4. Connected accounts

When you connect a third-party account, we store an access token and a refresh token so Autothought can act on your behalf without asking you to sign in again. Those tokens are encrypted at rest and are never shown in the interface or written to logs.

We request the narrowest set of permissions each feature needs, and the consent screen shown by the provider lists them before you approve. You can disconnect an account at any time from Settings, which deletes our stored tokens. You can also revoke access directly with the provider — for Airtable, from the Integrations item in your account menu.

5. Service providers

We rely on third parties to run Autothought — cloud hosting and database providers, and the AI model providers that process the prompts our agents send. They handle data only to provide their service to us.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Disconnecting a connected account removes its stored credentials. To delete your account and associated data, email jayden@pints.co.

7. Security

Credentials for connected accounts are encrypted at rest, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but if we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will notify you.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and we will tell you about material changes before they take effect.
